Regular meetings of the Parish Council take place on the first Wednesday of alternate months, at 7.00pm. They are held in the meeting room of Chipstable Parish Community Hall, in Waterrow. Anyone can come to these meetings, although you are not entitled to speak at them, unless invited to do so by the Chairman. Notice of these meetings and the agenda are posted on  the parish notice board, outside Chipstable Community Hall, Waterrow,  and on this website  at least 3 clear working days in advance (not counting Sundays or Bank Holidays or the day of the meeting).

In addition to these meetings the Parish Council may meet to discuss planning applications which occur between the regular meetings. Notice of these extraordinary meetings is  posted on parish notice boards at least 3 clear working days prior to the meetings.
